When people ask my why I want to give up smoking I'll generally cite the usual examples, health.. cost.. giving money to crooks and the taxman.. But sometimes there are other reasons as well. I think the current state of play of our ashtray may well speak for itself. August 1st, no more smokes! I'm certainly not looking forward to hell week. Bring on the uncontrollable fits of rage!
