Best game yet - Portgal versus Netherlands

Bloodbath. What a game to watch! The Anger! The Passion! The skills!

I'm not quite sure where to begin. The 4 red cards? The end to end action? The dirty hacking? The referee losing control? In the end I was just giggling and watching from the edge of my seat, wondering if any players would be left by the end of it. It's good for us, seeing as Deco won't play next game through his own stupidity and Figo was extremely lucky not to get upgraded to a ban after the game for his stealth head butt. I'm also going to be keeping my eye on Maniche - hadn't seen much of him before but he looked very nifty and will be a handful for our back line I'm sure.

Honestly, all my hopes of England winning the World Cup have gone after our last performance. If we can only beat a woefully underperforming side by 1 goal I am absolutely terrified about what is going to happen when we come up against a half decent side. I suspect it is about to get extremely embarassing for England, but I'll be staunchly supporting come what may.
