5000m

24:21 bitches! It was a lot tougher than previous but I still think I've got some left. New target is under 24 minutes.

The shorter running distance is doing well for shocking the system and re-triggering fat loss this week. The previous week I'd felt somewhat in the doldrums with the long distance stuff not being as effective any more. This week I feel like we've lit another fire and off to the races we go! Bodyweight: 203.8 lbs. Overall loss of 16.2 lbs since April, getting harder now.

Congrats fatty! Now put down that pork pie sammich you tub of guts! Stop stuffing your face with Chicka-bix, you mound of goo!

...sorry...that was my fat talking. It's angry that you've left it alone to sit on my tummy all by itself.

What about a Segway? That should help you cut your time, and you won't get so smelly.
