Lake Royal continues to produce.. 4 catfish each of over 24 inches today, along with a whole mess of bluegill and other dinks. Much fun! I really need to get myself a scale so I can start weighing these buggers. Of course, that's probably the kiss of death isn't it?..

I have hit more large catfish this year than any other. I've been throwing one rod out simply baited with a night crawler and have had insane fish hit them. Hell we (me and Dad) actually were catching Stripers on the regular worms, nutty.
Lets go fishing before the weather fades. September and I'll drive down because your not the first person to mention that lake to me.
